Adrian used to be " The Fence Capital of the World." The Page Fence Company sold a lot of fencing to farmers for crops and to keep animals penned. They also sold fences for gardens and yards.
There is an area in Adrian known as "Deer Park." Deer Park was a place where Mr. Page put up fencing and kept deer penned ther to show people how sturdy his fences were.
